AIASA Inc. in collaboration with Foodland Frewville, is conducting monthly Wednesday Indonesian Food Appreciation events as one of the lead-up events to Indofest-Adelaide 2019. Various recipes from Indonesian regions such as Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Bali, will be cooked and shared with shoppers. The first event was held in May (pictured).

We have had two events in May and June and we are looking forward to bringing you another one in Spring. 

Expressions of interest sought from cooks:
The AIASA Inc. Committee is seeking people interested in presenting Indonesian cuisine to Adelaide shoppers. Ingredients and an honorarium will be provided.
