They will bring you a small taste of one of the world’s most vibrant and colourful cuisines. Full of complex flavours, the cooking of Indonesia is as varied as the 300 ethnic cultures that make up Australia’s largest island neighbour. Learn about some of the more unusual Asian spices, fruits and vegetables and how to use them in your own cooking. Or bring along your own Indonesian recipes to share on the day!
